Kintyre, a cosy single storey cottage for two, with a wood burning stove, overlooks Loch Earn and Edinample Castle with the mountains beyond.

The front door leads to a good-sized living area with a fully equipped kitchen along one wall. There is a comfortable sofa and chair, dining table and a combined TV/DVD unit, a radio and CD player with magazines, books and a selection of games and puzzles.
A door leads to a lobby where there is the door to the roomy shower room, a store cupboard and the back door, which opens on to a grassed area with a picnic table. The bedroom is in the front and has a comfortable bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers. Both the living room and bedroom overlook Loch Earn with views to Edinample Castle and the mountains beyond.
There is a wood burner in the living room – logs are provided free of charge – and operate from mid September to mid May. There are metered – at cost - space heaters in each room. All other electricity is free including cooking, lighting and hot water. Towels are provided free of charge and the bed will be made up for you when you arrive.

The cottage is comfortably furnished to a high standard and has interesting pictures, photographs and maps on the walls. There is a supply of information about attractions to visit and a folder containing menus from local places to eat.
Equipment includes iron and ironing board, hairdryer, spare blankets, clothes drying racks - in fact there should be everything you need for your holiday including an on site laundry facility.
